we here at Transfitlife have a different approach then the A, B, C, trainers who try to put everyone into one of three categories in most gyms:

  1. you are overweight and need to slim down. 

  2. you haven't worked out since high school and want to gain back some muscle and strength from your Glory Days.

  3. you can't seem to gain weight or any muscle at all! 

  4. People who try to work out by Blood type or Body type, like apple, pear, or orange.  None of these approaches work because we are all made up of parts of all 3 Somotypes so you need to have a personalized workout and nutrition plan to accomplish your goals!
